Tradeline Recruitment is a construction recruitment agency established in Bedford in November 2007. From small beginnings the company has grown to become the leading construction recruiter in Bedfordshire with a turnover in excess of £30m. Our head office is a large modern facility based in Bedford and we also have a regional office in London in the Spitalfields area, close to Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations. Opportunities

Trainee / Graduate Consultants - No specific experience is needed but what is vital is the right attitude and work ethic and desire to develop and succeed. In-house training will be given to help you develop in recruitment with immediate opportunities for career progression and moving into a commission related position.

Experienced Recruiters - Experience in “construction recruitment” would be ideal but we are also happy to hear from recruiters in other disciplines who would be able to transfer their skills to the recruitment sector. Desks are available in both our Bedford and London offices, with opportunities also existing for remote working.

Accounts / Payroll staff - As a business we run a weekly payroll for around 1,000 operatives and we have opportunities to help support this function, in terms of data-inputting, invoicing and aspects of credit control. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time roles within our Bedford Head Office. 

Resourcers - Support for our recruiters is vital and to assist in this we are looking for resourcers to help deal with aspects of admin involved in the recruitment process, speaking to candidates and dealing with various IT systems. Full training will be provided.

Social Media / Marketing - With the importance of social media in the modern world this is becoming a huge area of growth and something we would like to focus on developing within our business. The right individual will have a strong understanding of all forms of social media with the ability to produce posts and design adverts and marketing material.

Compliance Officer - With ever increasing rules and regulations within both Recruitment and Construction then we are looking for a Compliance Officer to help implement systems and oversee our operations to ensure right to work for all operatives and a fully compliant process.
