Working through Tradeline there are a number of different employment methods tailored to best suit each individual and to enhance each individuals take home pay. We feel it is important that all operatives have a choice of different employment methods available to them and our consultants alongside our payroll partners are able to advise them on the different options available, as detailed below:
PAYE
Working directly for Tradeline Recruitment you will be paid on a weekly basis and will accrue holiday pay and pension contributions as per statutory legislation.

Once you’re registered with CIS and have passed suitability checks we will take care of your payments, making the necessary deductions for tax. This enables you to enjoy the flexibility of being a self-employed contractor.
Umbrella - This working option enables you to enjoy the flexibility of contracting while benefiting from full employment rights. Workwell will take care of your tax, National Insurance and any other pay-related issues, ensuring you are compliant with HMRC’s rules.
